To provide an exhaust gas device excellent in durability while being lightened, by supporting two mufflers arranged in front and in rear by sandwiching a pipe in the exhaust gas device, in the fixing part of a vehicle by retaining means, and specifying the wall thickness of the pipe.

An exhaust gas device 11 is formed in a manner that a catalytic device 1, pipe elements 16, 18, 21 which can be elastically deformed, pipes 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, mufflers 19, 23, and so on are connected to an appropriate part. Then, the pipes 17, 20, 22, 24 and pipes in the mufflers 19, 23 are comparatively thinly formed, and formed to have wall thickness of, at least mainly maximum 1mm, and more preferably maximum 0.8mm. Also, the exhaust gas device 11 is equipped with retaining means 27 formed of four holders 28 to 31 using a rubber material, and two mufflers 19, 23 are connected to a part to which a vehicle main body 2 is fixed in the vicinity of the end parts of mufflers 19, 23, namely, to a vehicle floor part 4, by the respective holders 28 to 31.
