Abstract:

To provide an exhaust gas processor of a waste disposal furnace, simple in structure and capable of reducing re-synthesis of dioxin.

This exhaust gas processor of the waste disposal furnace includes a gas cooling device 4 for cooling the exhaust gas of the waste disposal furnace 1, a filter type dust collector 7 for performing dust removal for exhaust gas cooled by the exhaust gas temperature controller 4, and a catalyst reactor tower 9 for exerting a catalyst on exhaust gas discharged from the filter type dust collector 7 to perform denitration. The exhaust gas processor is provided with a first heat exchanger 5 for heat-exchanging the air by the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust gas temperature controller 4, and a mixer 8 for mixing exhaust gas with heated air heated by heat exchange with the first heat exchanger 5 to raise the exhaust gas temperature to the working temperature of the catalyst reaction tower 9, which is disposed in the midway of the pipeline route for guiding exhaust gas discharged from the filter type dust collector 7 to the catalyst reactor tower 9.
