Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method capable of suppressing water absorption deterioration of silicoaluminophosphate (SAPO) which a zeolite containing silicon, aluminum and a phosphorus atom, used as a selective reduction catalyst (SCR catalyst) used for exhaust gas purification.SOLUTION: In a production method of an exhaust gas purification catalyst, to put it in detail, a NOselective reduction catalyst (SCR), a highly active catalyst having suppressed water absorption deterioration can be obtained by reducing beforehand a specific surface area by repeating water immersion and heating dehydration to copper-carrying silicoaluminophosphate (Cu/SAPO) powder, and by being coated with ZrO.SELECTED DRAWING: None
