Abstract:
To provide an element having a high diffusibility of oxygen ions even in a low impressing voltage, and efficiently purifying NOx from a low temperature region.
An oxide layer 4 drawing in oxygen ions is interposed at least between a cathode electrode 2 and a substrate 1. Oxygen ions are easily drawn into the substrate 1 from the cathode electrode 2, more oxygen ions flow to enhance NO purification ratio and current efficiency.
