To recirculate a proper amount of exhaust gas to an intake passage when operating a supercharger.

An EGR device of an engine 1 provided with a supercharger 7 includes: an EGR passage 21 for recirculating a part of exhaust gas discharged from the engine 1 to an exhaust passage 5 to an intake passage 3; a branch passage 25 branched from the EGR passage 21; an intake bypass passage 22 connecting the upstream side and downstream side of the supercharger 7 in the intake passage 3; and an ejector 23 for generating a negative pressure in the intake bypass passage 22. An outlet 25a of the branch passage 25 is connected to the intake bypass passage 22 through the ejector 23. An outlet 21a of the EGR passage 21 is connected to the intake passage 3 on the downstream side of a throttle valve 2 in order to recirculate the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust passage 5 to the intake passage 3.
