Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reverse flow of exhaust gas in an intake pipe in an exhaust gas recirculation device having a discharge port of a recirculation passage connected to the intake pipe between a throttle valve and an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas recirculation device (11) includes a reverse flow detection part (19A) which detects a reverse flow of exhaust gas, and control means (19) which closes an exhaust gas recirculation valve (16) when the reverse flow detection part (19A) detects a reverse flow of exhaust gas.
