PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve non-uniformity of an adhesion position of dust, and prolong a maintenance cycle for removing dust adhering to an inner surface of a temperature reduction power.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas temperature reduction tower 1 includes a temperature reduction tower body 2 configured to reduce a temperature of exhaust gas, and a wind direction control mechanism 10 attached to the temperature reduction tower body 2. The wind direction control mechanism 10 has a wind direction control member 11 configured to change a wind direction of exhaust gas introduced into the temperature reduction tower body 2.
