Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out exhaust gas treatment and at the same time re-use carbon black contained in smoke black by leading exhaust gas from a kneader to a dust collecting apparatus, collecting the smoke black in the exhaust gas, and turning back the smoke black to the kneader as a raw material.
SOLUTION: Exhaust gas and smoke black from a kneader 1 are sent to a dust collecting apparatus 20 through a discharge dust 17, substances of smoke black and additives adhere in a prescribed thickness to a bag filter 25, and when the filtration resistance reaches a prescribed pressure, pressured air is jetted out through a pressured air jetting-out nozzle 27 for back washing to back wash the bag filter 25 and part the adhering substances. The adhering substances comprise smoke black and additives and mainly consist of carbon black and the substances are discharged to a tank 21 and the weight is measured. Next, when the kneading work of the kneader is finished and materials are newly supplied, the stored substances stored in the tank 21 are sent to the kneader 1 side by a sending mechanism 30 for carbon black in the raw materials. The quantity of the substances is stored in a controlling mechanism 22 and the supply amount can be controlled.
