Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment system capable of collecting ferrous solid matters from exhaust gas discharged from a reduction facility and including the ferrous solid matters and acidic gas and then effectively using the collected solid matters.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas treatment system includes: a reduction facility 14 for reducing iron oxide 11 to reduced iron 13 by adding a reducing agent 12; an acidic gas recovery facility 21 for recovering COthat is acidic gas from exhaust gas 16 discharged from the reduction facility 14 and including at least powdery ferrous solid matters 15 and acidic gas by using COabsorption liquid 20 that is acidic gas absorption liquid; a recovery facility collection device 31A for collecting the ferrous solid matters 15 included in the absorption liquid 20 by using a filter; and a first desorbed matter return line Lfor desorbing the ferrous solid matters 15 collected by the recovery facility collection device 31A and returning desorption matters 32A including the desorbed ferrous solid matters 15 to the reduction facility 14 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
