Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance the cleaning effect on the heat transmission pipe surface and facilitate the replacement of a failed part by causing waste gas to flow vertically in detachably connected and stacked units, each of which consists of heat transmission pipes arranged in multiple vertical stages and a support.

CONSTITUTION: Each unit b consists of heat transmission pipes 2 which are arranged in multiple vertical stages and in multiple horizontal rows and are supported by a side plate 3 of a casing 1. The winding heat transmission pipes 2 are connected at their adjacent ends with a U-bent 21. The heat transmission pipe 2 of a lower unit b is connected to the heat transmission pipe 2 of an upper unit b with a flexible detachable joint 22. Since the waste gas flows vertically to perpendicularly intersect the heat transmission pipes 2 in the casing 1, the surface of the heat transmission pipes is uniformly cleaned to enhance the cleaning effect. As similar units b are detachably stacked, only a failed unit can be replaced.
