Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the waste heat utilization efficiency by providing an auxiliary combustion furnace for burning part of unburnt harmful gas or exhaust gas to be discharged, so as to communicate the auxiliary combustion chamber to a combustion chamber.
SOLUTION: Harmful gas to be treated is passed from a supply valve S1 through a first ceramic medium 112 preheated in the previous stage, heated, and flowed into a combustion chamber 100. The harmful gas is cleaned by high temperature oxidation composition in the combustion chamber 100, and the cleaned gas stores heat in an incorporated heat storage material as the cleaned gas passes through a second ceramic medium 114 cooled in the previous stage, and the gas cooled in this manner is discharged via an exhaust gas discharge valve E2 and the like. As a result, part of exhaust gas from a combustion chamber 110 flows into an auxiliary combustion furnace 120, and the exhaust gas obtained here is recovered of waste heat thereof by a primary heat recovery heat exchanger 130, and the exhaust gas cooled in this manner is flowed to the outside air.
