An outer cylinder 10 opened with an annular outlet 9 at its upper end is mounted around a periphery of a stack 8 near an outlet of the stack 8 for exhausting an exhaust gas 3 generated from a gas turbine facility 12 into the atmosphere. And, a bleeding line 11 for bleeding the high temperature exhaust gas 3 from an upstream of an exhaust line 6 of the facility 12 is connected to the cylinder 10. And, the gas 3 exhausted from the stack 8 is enclosed by the gas 3 exhausted from the cylinder 10 to prevent a direct contact with the atmosphere, thereby largely suppressing condensation of moisture in the gas 3 exhausted from the stack 8.
