To provide an exhaust graphite purifying device for a diesel engine capable of surely adsorbing and removing carbon particulates at low cost, effectively adsorbing the carbon particulates in the exhaust gas or capturing the droppings by cyclone efficiency in a state that an exhaust pressure is lowered, steeply reducing exhaust of the carbon particulates, and capable of easily replacing a filter by any persons.

This exhaust graphite purifying device for the diesel engine is constituted by a case body intervening at exhaust pipe of the diesel engine; and a filter housed in the case body, adsorbing and removing the carbon particulates in the exhaust gas passing through, and made by a deformed heat- resistant pellet having a recessed and protruding part on a surface thereof or a deformed heat-resistant pellet formed by a porous material or a sintered alloy having a protruding and recessed part on the surface thereof.
