Abstract:
To provide an exhaust heat exchanger of an engine-driven heat pump which can collect heat from exhaust emission as much as possible while maintaining a temperature of an exhaust purification catalyst at a catalyst activation temperature or higher.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat exchanging device of an engine-driven heat pump comprises: a branch part 46 for branching cooling piping 41 to a first path 41d going through an exhaust manifold 31 and a second path 41e going through an engine 20 at a downstream side rather than an exhaust heat exchanger 44 of the cooling piping 41; a first flow rate control valve V1 which can adjust a first flow rate Q1 being a flow rate of a cooling liquid flowing in the first path 41d; and a temperature sensor 84 for detecting a temperature having a correlation at a catalyst floor temperature being a temperature of an exhaust purification catalyst 33. When it is determined that the catalyst floor temperature is not higher than a catalyst activation temperature (Tcat≤Tlo), a control part 80 reduces the first flow rate Q1 by using the first flow rate control valve V1, and when it is determined that the catalyst floor temperature is higher than the catalyst activation temperature (Tcat>Tlo), increases the first flow rate Q1 by using the control valve V1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
