Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximize an amount of recovery steam when exhaust heat of exhaust gas from two sintering machines [1DL and 2DL] with different capabilities is recovered by one boiler.SOLUTION: Exhaust heat recovery equipment for a sintered ore cooler is provided that is configured to recover exhaust heat of exhaust gas generated from the sintered ore cooler installed in each of two sintering machines [1DL and 2DL] by one boiler. The exhaust heat recovery equipment for the sintered ore cooler has: a thermometer for measuring temperatures of the exhaust heat of exhaust gas from each of the sintered ore coolers and exhaust gas at a boiler inlet; an exhaust gas temperature input part for receiving information from the thermometer; a motor current input part for receiving information about the current value of an electric motor of a suction blower [1DF]; a calculation part for receiving information got from the exhaust gas temperature input part and the motor current value input part to calculate an amount of exhaust gas from each of the sintered ore coolers; and an exhaust gas flow rate adjustment valve opening degree output part for outputting a valve opening degree to the exhaust gas flow rate adjustment valve of each of the sintered ore coolers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
