Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery device of a heat release furnace capable of easily preventing boiling phenomenon of a hot water storage tank while shortening generation time of hot water and improving efficiency.
SOLUTION: The exhaust heat recovery device consists of a steam generation means 20 which is maintained in a vacuum state and wherein a water header 22 and a steam header 23 are formed below and above an exhaust heat recovery pipe 21 connected to a gas duct 11 of a heat release furnace 10 and a closed circuit is formed by connecting the headers by a large number of heating pipes 24 and water return pipes 25 running through the exhaust heat recovery pipe 21, a water heating circuit 30, with a heat exchanger 31 built in the steam header, connected with a hot water storing tank 32, a condensed water collection panel 40 and a flow rate adjusting valve 50. When condensed water returns to the water header 23 via the water return pipes 25 after heating and generating hot water at the heat exchanger 31 by generating steam at the heating pipes 24 with exhaust heat and supplying the steam to the steam header 23, hot water is generated while the flow rate adjusting valve 50 is adjusting its amount.
