A heat receiving section 2 is constituted by combining two or more cores 8, 9 and receiving them in a case 7. The cores 8, 9 are constituted by alternately arranging a number of exhaust passages 8a, 9a having heat receiving bodies 12 receiving the exhaust heat by allowing the exhaust to flow and pass therein and by being kept into contact with the exhaust, and fluid passages 8b, 9b for moving the fluid in the direction orthogonal to the exhaust passing direction, in adjacent to each other. The cores 8, 9 are disposed in a state that they are arranged in the direction orthogonal to the exhaust passing direction, and shifted in the exhaust passing direction, to the case 7. The cores 8, 9 are partially overlapped to each other in the direction orthogonal to the exhaust passing direction, and partitioned by a partitioning wall 13.
