Abstract:
To reduce the starting torque of an exhaust heat recovery engine.
This starting control device 50 comprises a starting control part 51, and a casing pressure control part 52. When pressure in the casing of a Stirling engine 100 becomes the atmospheric pressure, the starting control part 51 engages with a clutch 6 to start the Stirling engine 100 with an internal combustion engine 1. After the Stirling engine 100 is started, the casing pressure control part 52 drives a pressure pump 115 to apply pressure into the casing of the Stirling engine 100.
