To provide an exhaust heat recovery structure for a vehicle, further improving recovery efficiency of exhaust heat.
A saddle type heat insulation board 10 covering an exhaust pipe 3 from above along a lower face of a vehicle body floor 5 is disposed between the vehicle body floor 5 and the exhaust pipe 3. A stepped part 12 is formed on a top face 11 of the heat insulation board 10, and cooling water piping 2 is closely fixed to the stepped part 12 such that heat transfer can be carried out. Exhaust heat radiated from the exhaust pipe is thereby efficiently received by the saddle type heat insulation board 10, the received exhaust heat is transferred to the cooling water piping 2, and the exhaust heat is efficiently recovered by the cooling water piping 2 via the heat insulation board 10.
