To provide an exhaust heat recovering system capable of recovering the exhaust heat widely from the hot waste water of facilities.

This exhaust heat recovering system 10 is applied to recover and recycle the heat from the hot waste water in the facilities, and comprises a hot waste water recovering pipe 30, a hot waste water flow rate adjusting part 40, a heat recovering means 50 and a heat accumulating part 60 for retaining the recovered heat. The recovering pipe 30 leads the hot waste water from hot water use areas such as a bath, a cloakroom, a sink and a laundry. The flow rate adjusting part 40 adjusts the flow of the hot waste water in a passage from the recovering pipe 30 to the drainage of the hot waste water through the heat recovering means 50. The heat recovering means 50 recovers the heat from the hot waste water and delivers the heat to the heat accumulating part 60. The heat accumulating part 60 stores the heat recovered by the heat recovering means 50 for the next use.
