Abstract:
To provide an exhaust hood device that can efficiently discharge cooking exhaust with a small exhaust volume.SOLUTION: An exhaust hood device comprises an exhaust hood 20 arranged above a fryer 10, an opening/closing lid 40 for covering an upper surface of the fryer 10, a guide pipe 51 for guiding an upward heat flow trapped by the opening/closing lid 40, and a grease filter 27 arranged in a junction part of an upward heat flow rising in the exhaust hood 20 when the opening/closing lid 40 is opened, and the upward heat flow guided by the guide pipe 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
