Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the function loss of an exhaust particulate purifying device for collecting particulates contained in exhaust gas, due to the cracking and fusion damage of a particulate collecting filter by correcting the particulate collecting time in the exhaust particulate purifying device using intake air temperature and the on/off operation of an air conditioner as control parameters.
CONSTITUTION: An exhaust particulate purifying device has regenerating means 23A, 23B for regenerating traps 13A, 13B for collecting particulates in exhaust gas from an engine E by removing the particulates, collected by the traps 13A, 13B, every preset collecting time, an intake air temperature sensor 5 for detecting the intake temperature of air sucked into the engine E, and a correcting means 6 for correcting the collecting time by the output of the intake air temperature sensor 5.
