To provide an exhaust pipe structure of a construction machine capable of suppressing droplets adhered on an outlet pipe of a muffler from adhering on the exterior of a turning cab body and equipment or the like in the inside of the turning cab body.
A hydraulic shovel 1 (construction machine) has an engine provided in the inside of the turning cab body 3, a muffler 8 connected to the engine, and a vehicle body cover 15 arranged on the upper part of the muffler 8 and forming the exterior of the upper part of the turning cab body 3. The exhaust pipe structure of the hydraulic shovel 1, including a tail pipe 11 provided on the vehicle body cover 15 and exhausting an exhaust gas exhausted from the engine to the outside, and the outlet pipe 8a provided to the muffler 8 and for guiding the exhaust gas exhausted from the engine to the tail pipe 11 includes a scattering control member provided on the end part of the outlet pipe 8a and controlling scattering of the droplets 14 sent out together with the exhaust gas exhausted from the engine. The scattering control member has an exhaust pipe 12 curved so as to be separated from a center part A of the outlet pipe 8a and a ring-like shielding plate 13 provided on the end part of the exhaust pipe 12.
