To prevent an exhaust pipe from passing through in the vicinity of a leg part of a rider and support the exhaust pipe firmly so as to sufficiently endure against high speed running, in a motorcycle mounting a two-cylinder engine to arrange a shock absorber between an upper cross member and a rear arm.

In an exhaust pipe supporter device for a motorcycle, a two- cylinder engine 18 is mounted, between an upper cross member 7 and a rear arm, a shock absorber is arranged, in a rear end of an exhaust pipe 26, a silencer 26a is connected, its upper surface issupported on a seat rail 8 through a first bracket. Between before/behind halfway part of the upper cross member 7 and the seat rail 8, a back stay 9 is arranged, an upper end of a V-shaped reinforcing material 38 formed of a front/rear frame 39, 40 is fixed to the seat rail 8. In a rear surface of a cylinder 21 of the engine 18, a front end of the exhaust pipe 26 is connected, the right/left two exhaust pipes 26 ar e extended rearward along the two seat rails 8. An upper surface of a part bent to the outside of a front/rear halfway part of the exhaust pipe 26 is supported on the seat rail 8 through a second bracket plate, a rear part of the exhaust pipe 26 is supported on a lower end part of the reinforcing material 38.
