An exhaust system forming an exhaust passage obliquely coming down from a rear part of an engine 10, bending at a front side lower end part of a passenger compartment 3 and getting to a bottom of a floor, includes a first exhaust component 12 arranged in an inclined zone of the exhaust passage, a second exhaust component 13 arranged at the bottom of the floor of the passenger compartment near to the first exhaust component, a bent pipe 17 connecting between the first and the second component. One end side of the bent pipe is formed as one body with an outer shell of the first exhaust component and another end side is connected to the second exhaust component via the bent part. Consequently, a short bent connecting pipe is easily formed.
