Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the corrosion of an exhaust pipe from being caused by the vaporization of urea water.SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device includes exhaust pipes 30, 31 for distributing exhaust gas exhausted from an engine 10, a urea water injector 43 provided in the exhaust pipe 30 for injecting urea water into the exhaust pipe 31, and a SCR catalyst 51 provided on the exhaust downstream side further than the urea water injector 43 for purifying the exhaust gas. The urea water injector 43 is mounted in the exhaust pipe 30 obliquely at a predetermined angle so that, into the flow of the exhaust gas at the time when the exhaust gas temperature changed depending on the operating condition of the engine 10 reaches a predetermined vaporization temperature to start the vaporization of ammonia, the urea water is injected from the urea water injector 43 at an angle where it does not adhere to an inner wall 31A of the exhaust pipe 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
