Abstract:
PURPOSE:To regenerate certainly a filter for collecting particles in exhaust, in the exhaust purifying device of an engine. CONSTITUTION:In a range where the temperature rising device 33 of a filter 32 is operated, a bypass valve 35 is closed only for a prescribed period at the time of acceleration to lead exhaust to the filter 32, and the bypass valve 35 is opened in the case where an exhaust temperature is lower than the temperature of the filter 32 after lapse of the prescribed time so as to prevent cooling of the filter 32.
