Abstract:
Provided are an exhaust structure and a vehicle with which peripheral heat damage can be minimized. An exhaust structure (20) has: an exhaust pipe (21) connected to an engine (10); and a terminal part (23) which is provided to the end part in the exhaust pipe (21) on the side opposite from the engine (10), which is arranged in a position nearer to one end side than the widthwise center of a vehicle (100) in which the engine (10) is installed, and which has an exhaust port (232) that discharges exhaust gas toward the other end side of the vehicle (100) in the width direction.
