To provide an exhaust system capable of blocking spreading of an exhaust current generated from cookware or the like by a blowout current, and capable of reducing turbulence of the exhaust current due to the blowout current itself or disturbance of an air conditioner or the like.
The exhaust system is characterized by that it is equipped with a casing, an exhaust fan discharging the exhaust current to the exterior, and a suction fan blowing out the blowout current forming an air curtain. The casing has a first passage passing the exhaust current, an inlet position below the first passage and taking in the exhaust current, an outlet passing the exhaust current discharged from the exhaust fan, a second passage isolated from the first passage and passing the blowout current, a suction opening passing indoor air taken in by the suction fan, and a blowout opening blowing out the blowout current. The blowout current is blown out from the blowout opening in an oblique downward or upward direction not interfering the exhaust current.
