Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fallout of a needle without being accompanied with increase of the number of part items by forming a thread lacked part on the intermediate part of the needle, and providing an exhaust port lateral hole on a valve main body through which the needle is penetrated.
SOLUTION: The external thread 19 of a needle 17 is interrupted on the intermediate part of the needle 17 to form a thread lacked part 20 having no external thread, and external thread parts 19 are provided on the two positions putting the thread lacked part 20 there between. Further on the valve main body 12 side, a thread hole 21 threadedly engaged with the needle 17 and a valve port 18 are separated from each other by an exhausting lateral hole 16. The needle 17 threadedly engages the external thread with the thread hole 21 of the valve main body 12 and regulates the opening of the valve port 18, and after regulating the opening of the valve port 18 by threadedly engaging with the thread hole 21 of the valve main body 12, a lock nut 22 is engaged with the thread part 19 outside the valve body 12. When the lock nut 22 is unfastened and the needle 17 is rotated, where the thread lacked part 20 reaches the thread hole 21, the needle becomes into a threadedly engagement released condition, and even by rotating the needle it is not drawn out.
