Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure at low cost, in an exhaust valve provided in an air dryer performing drying to compressed air supplied from an air compressor.SOLUTION: In an exhaust valve 5, a valve in which a piston 7 and a valve body 9 are integrally formed is provided so as to be pressed in a valve opening direction by pressure of compressed air supplied from an air compressor; and includes a return spring 11 as energization means of resisting the pressure of the compressed air supplied from the air compressor and energizing the valve to a valve closing direction. In a loading state of the air compressor, a valve closing state is maintained by energization force of the return spring 11, and the valve is opened with a control command pressure from a pressure governor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
