Abstract:
To provide an exhauster capable of exhausting air with efficiency and having a cooker housed in an oven hood, with no bias of the force to suck air between the right and left sides of the oven hood.
The exhauster 1 includes the oven hood 2 installed above an oven stand 11; the cooker 3 housed in the oven hood 2; and exhaust fans 4. A plurality of centrifugal fans are arranged in space above the cooker 3 as the exhaust fans 4 in such a way that the rotational axes of the fans are oriented vertically.
