To provide a latching structure in which a flange part latching structure is built for preventing the load, rocking, and coming-off of a latching plate part attached to the upper parts and lower ends of a plurality of flanges of an exhibition panel substrate through the use of the flanges.

In the latching structure, curved-surface opening parts are provided for the lower ends of the plurality of upper and lower flanges in the surface of the exhibition panel substrate, concentric grooves are set at regular intervals in an outer circumference from a flange reference point, and tip parts of the latching plate are inserted from the curved-surface opening parts and held in the concentric grooves. Since it is possible to form parts between the flanges in an extremely thin form, latching parts do not appear in the surface of the substrate at all to raise decorative properties of an overall exhibition panel.
