Abstract:
To provide an expanded tube thinning drawing device which enable reuses of a mouth even after second drawing.SOLUTION: An expanded tube thinning drawing device 10 comprises: a die bearing 2a for reducing the thickness of a header 1; a drawing plug 5 having a taper for increasing the diameter of the tube end of the header 1; a plug clamp 6 for fitting the drawing plug 5 to the end of a core metal 4 inserted into the header 1; a stopper 8 for stopping the header 1 so as not to move during expanded tube molding of the tube end of the header 1; a core metal cylinder 7 for moving the core metal 4 along the drawing direction so as to expand the tube end of the header 1 to form a mouth 1a by using the drawing plug 5 and the die bearing 2a; and a carriage 10 having a square or higher order polygonal chucking structure capable of gripping the tube-expanded mouth 1a and maintaining a shape without changing the shape of the mouth 1a by a pulling-out force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
