Abstract:
To provide a fiber-spread woven fabric of a polymer composite material, which has a low basis weight and a low resin content, is woven by using a fiber-spread gauze easy to handle, and has a thinner thickness, thereby being further improved in quality.SOLUTION: There is provided a fiber-spread woven fabric of a polymer composite material, which is formed by weaving a band-like fiber-spread gauze of the polymer composite material, and contains a large number of fibers aligned in a single direction. The band-like fiber-spread gauze is obtained by spreading fibers made of the polymer composite material into a thermoplastic polymer compound as a base material and then splitting it in a band shape, has a basis weight of 70 g/m2 to 160 g/m2, a width of 100 cm or less, and a resin content of 30% to 50%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
