Abstract:
To provide a tool by which a work for opening and deforming an expansion portion can easily and accurately be performed in an expansion type anchor that is inserted into a bottom hole from one direction.SOLUTION: As one aspect, an expanding tool 13 is composed of a body 14 and a bolt (a push member) 15 spirally engaged with this. In a leading end of the body 14, a U-shaped engagement portion 18 is formed that attaches to/detaches from an end of an anchor body 2 from a lateral direction. The anchor body 2 has a male screw portion 5 and an expansion portion 7. A work piece is pressed and fixed against a surface of the anchor body 2 by a nut 4 screwed onto the anchor body 2. Because an expanding pin 3 can be moved forward by a power driver, load on a worker can remarkably be reduced. Because centering can be facilitated, bend or damage of the expanding pin 3, resulting from oblique striking, can also be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
