Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a high holding force from a slight pull-in force.
CONSTITUTION: A metal anchor fitted in a drilled hole 3 in a built wall 4 has a pin incorporating several expansible corns 9 defining threads and coupled together, and an expansible sleeve 2 incorporating female threads 10 adaptable for the expansible corns 9, expansible sections 12 being defined by U-like cutouts at equal intervals along the female threads 10 of the expansible sleeve 2 in order to obtain a high coercive force from a slight pull-in force. Further, the sleeve 2 is manufactured in an injection mold process from metal powder with the use of bonding by a bonding agent and removal of the bonding agent carried thereafter and with the use of a sintering process. In this phase, the female thread 10 of the sleeve 2 is formed by a thread lathing core incorporated in an injection molding tool.
