Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or produce a solidified body in control of the expansion thereof having high strength which can be used effectively as civil engineering materials, or the like.
SOLUTION: This method is to add a small amount of a chemical exhibiting an oxidation action on an amphoteric metal such as aluminum as an expansion control chemical in order to control the expansion of a solidified body, during its aging when the solidified body is produced by adding water and an additive such as slaked lime, a silica source to the incineration ash (waste incineration ash) of urban waste, industrial waste, RDF, or the like, kneading and molding the mixture followed by steam aging and by using a hydration solidification reaction.
