Abstract:
To increase adjustment amount of the volume of an expansion chamber as much as possible in an expansion device connected to a refrigerant circuit for performing a refrigerating cycle.
A plurality of expansion parts (2, 3, 4) constituting the expansion device (1) are mounted in series to a rotating shaft (5) of a generator (33) provided in a refrigerating device along the axial direction of the rotating shaft (5). Clutch mechanisms (6a, 6b) enabling engagement/disengagement are provided in the rotating shaft (5) between the adjacent expansion parts (2, 3, 4).
