Abstract:
To provide an expansion-molded item that is excellent in moldability, heat-insulating property, chemical resistance, impact resistance and the like as well as dimensional stability under a load at a high temperature, an interior material for a vehicle, a tire spacer for a vehicle and a luggage box for a vehicle.
The expansion-molded item is obtained by pre-expansion of an expandable modified polystyrene resin particle comprising 100 pts.wt. of a polypropylene resin and 100-400 pts.wt. of a polystyrene resin and subsequent in-mold molding and has a dimensional deformation coefficient of -7 to 0%/hr at 80°C in accordance with JIS K 7135.
