In that case, one zipper 24 of a pair of zippers is circumferentially provided in the circumference of a circular zipper mounting cloth 23 slightly larger than the circumference of a lug section 15 of the base section 4 on the bottom of the post, the zipper mounting cloth 23 is fixed and installed to the ground of the base section 4, the other zipper 27 making a pair with one of edge sections is circularly fixed and installed to a position surrounding the base section 4 of the post 1 on the ground sheet 2 in the other of the edge sections of a strip body 26 to be sewed and installed to the bottom of the post 1 is provided to the ground sheet 2 in a detachable manner, two pieces of circular laminated cloth are piled up between the bottom of the air room of the post 1 and base section 4 to concentrically sew and connect positions having a specific distance from the center, and a connection patch 5 making a part between seam and circumference as the free end is provided to connect the bottom section 3 of the air room to the base section 4.
