To improve the assembly structure of a vibration isolation spring and a support member for supporting a valve element of an expansion valve.
The support member 8c' for supporting the valve element 8 has a projecting part P formed at the lower side peripheral edge part of a locking part 8c'' for locking a coil spring 8a, and a recessed part Q formed around a root part of the locking part 8c''. That is, a large diameter cylindrical part 8c''1 is formed at the lower side center part of the locking part 8c'', and the recessed part Q is formed at the connection part. A small diameter cylindrical part 8c'1 is formed at the upper face side center part of the locking part 8c'' to support the valve element, and the coil spring 8a is inserted into cylindrical part 8c''1 and fixed. When the large diameter part 8c'1 is inserted in a hole 8f3 of a disk part 8f1 of the vibration isolation spring 8f to mount the vibration isolation spring 8f between the coil spring 8a and the locking part 8c'', the disk part 8f1 of the vibration isolation spring 8f abuts on the projecting part P of the locking part 8c'' to mount the vibration isolation spring 8f with the projecting part P as a support part.
