Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure capable of achieving necessary and sufficient durability and corrosion resistance at low cost in fixing a power element with a reduced diameter.SOLUTION: On an inner periphery of an opening of a cylindrical part 12 for fixing by inserting a power element 100, a guide surface 12b is formed so that clearance with an outer diameter of the power element 100 becomes substantially zero. Thereby, the power element 100 can be positioned without being dislocated when it is inserted in the cylindrical part 12. Also, on the inner periphery of the cylindrical part 12, a retraction surface 12c is formed parallel with the guide surface 12b via a connection surface 12d from the guide surface 12b, and when caulking the cylindrical part 12, just by making it gently incline to the inner peripheral side, the connection surface 12d comes into contact with an outer diameter upper end of the power element 100 and fixation can be done. Thus, necessary and sufficient durability and corrosion resistance can be acquired without generating a crack in the cylindrical part 12.
