Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively maintain an operation response property of a shaft even when an expansion valve is down-sized.SOLUTION: An expansion valve 100 includes: a first refrigerant passage 112 through which a refrigerant supplied from a condenser 102 passes toward an evaporator 104; and a second refrigerant passage 114 through which a refrigerant supplied from the evaporator 104 passes toward the condenser 102. A power element 120 generates a driving force according to a temperature of the refrigerant which passes the second refrigerant passage 114. A shaft 122 displaces by the driving force of the power element 120. The valve body 118 opens and closes the first refrigerant passage 112 according to the displacement of the shaft 122. An anti-vibration spring 148 is mounted between the body 116 and the shaft 122. The shaft 122 includes a larger diameter part 150 having a larger outer diameter and a smaller diameter part 152 having a smaller outer diameter. In a section between a valve-closed state to a maximum valve-opened state of the first refrigerant passage 112, the anti-vibration spring 148 comes into contact with the smaller diameter part 152.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
