Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibratory noise of a valve disc while ensuring superheat controllability of refrigerant at the outlet of an evaporator.
SOLUTION: A fitting hole 63 communicates with the way of a throttling passage 45 passing a working rod 46 and a refrigerant inlet 41 passing refrigerant on the high pressure side of cycle and a plunger 64 is fitted displaceably in the fitting hole 63. Pressure difference of the cycle is applied to the plunger 64 and a force is applied radially to the working rod 46. When the high pressure of cycle is high, the force being applied to the working rod 46 is increased and vibratory noise can be reduced effectively. When the high pressure of cycle is low, the force being applied to the working rod 46 is decreased and increase of hysteresis in the displacement of the valve disc 43 is suppressed thus sustaining super heat controllability well.
