PURPOSE: To obtain an experiment device for space consciousness for animals provided with a function for generating centrifugal accelerations and a function for asynergy of space consciousness.

CONSTITUTION: A Z-axis motor 15 on a common base is changed in the direction of a revolving shaft by a bevel gear and rotates an arm 11 around the Z-axis. As a result, a rotating chamber 12 at the forward end moves loosely toward the outside around a shaft 16. Therefore, the acceleration as the resultant force of gravity and centrifugal force acts perpendicularly on the floor surface of a chamber 12. On the other hand, a biaxial rotating chamber 13 on the Z-axis is given the rotation around the Z-axis by the rotation of the arm 11 and given the rotation around the X-axis by an X-axis motor 18. Consequently, the rotations in both Z- and X-axis directions are applied to the small animal contained in the chamber 13. The physiological phenomena of the small animal under the high G condition in the chamber 12 and under the asynergy of space consciousness in the chamber 13 are thus investigated.
