PURPOSE: To obtain an experimental device for observing macro changes in the physical properties of a substance by irradiating with radiation such as αray, β ray, δ ray, electron, neutron, etc., and electromagnetic wave, while moving the substance in a definite direction to make each atomic nucleus a gyro.

CONSTITUTION: A drum 11 into which plural radiation sources 8 are incorporated is rotated in direction of the arrow 10, a sheet 7 of a substance is moved in direction of the arrow 9, the substance 7 is irradiated with radiation, and hence respective atomic nucleus in the substance are rotated all together and functions as a gyro. A slit can be formed between the drum 11 and the sheet 7. The macro dynamic, chemical, electromagnetic, nucleophysical properties, etc., are changed in the sheet thus obtained. The change in physical properties is also expected by superposing the sheets.
