Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate processes, such as inspection and screening of parts, by facilitating constant maintenance of the quality of transparent parts for reduction in manufacturing cost, and attain easy change of a display color. SOLUTION: A glass plate 3 whose raw material is flat-shaped glass is fixed on the backface side of a stage part 4a of a cover 4 engaging with the outer peripheral surface of a body 9 through an epoxy resin 5, and a color lens 8 whose raw material is colored translucent resin is detachably mounted at the front side of the stage part 4a of the cover 4. The light of an LED ball 2 stored in the body 9 is distributed in the range of a wide angle of the outside after passing through the glass plate 3 and the color lens 8 to ensure the visibility function of display light. The inside part of the body 9 is separated from the outside by the glass plate 3, and flame generated in the inside of the body 9 is prevented from being leaked to the outside, thus it is possible to ensure an explosion-proof function.
