Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an explosion-proof system of a crusher used in a crushing facility to crush wastes in which overall initial cost and running cost can be reduced, and the energy-saving effect can sufficiently be demonstrated.
SOLUTION: This explosion-proof system comprises a crusher 2 to crush wastes, a gas turbine generator 3 which rotates a turbine by a combustion gas and generates the electric power by the power of the turbine, and an exhaust gas feeder 4 which feeds an exhaust gas A from the gas turbine generator 3 into the crusher 2 and keeps the oxygen concentration in the crusher 2 outside the explosion limit of a combustible gas, and the gas turbine generator 3 is provided so that not only the exhaust gas A but also the electric power B therefrom can be utilized.
