This exposed type column base structure is provided for fastening and fixing a baseplate 2 fixed to a lower part of a steel frame column 12, by using an anchor bolt 1 embedded and anchored in concrete 8, and actively adopts a construction form of filling a grout material 13 composed of a shrinkage-compensating solidification material in a clearance part, by arranging the clearance between the anchor bolt 1 and a bolt inserting hole formed in the baseplate 2, and connects one end part of the brace 10 to at least any one of a lower part or the baseplate 2 of the steel frame column 12, in a state of strengthening compressive strength by restricting the whole surfaces of the grout material 13.
